EE

Doesn't this title sound weird?

It means E-speed Envy. Nope, there is no such abbreviation. And I don't usually use it. It's just something I thought up of suddenly. Haha~ Blehz~

Now, as much as I hear from Mr Resourceful, Joshua (Lim), Veggiebond and Tall Lizzie, E-speed really has lotsa problems. Downtime, plus the thunderstorm problems.

I always notice myself, people like Veggie leave their footprint everywhere, anytime. I can go online at 11 and see him comment one step faster than me. Sometimes a few minutes, sometimes just because E-speed is faster. That's a privilege, do you know that? The privilege in being able to surf the Net conveniently.

I have to go online everyday to post daily. It's not your fault, don't worry, I just want to make it as much as an obligation to try my best to blog daily. Even if I don't blog daily, I still go online because I'm bored. Then because I'm bored, I went out and found more blogs to read. If I don't go online everyday, I'll get overwhelmed by the amount of posts.

You should've guessed that I'm using Brunet.

The fastest I can go would be 50 kbps. Loading sites would definitely be much slower than you guys. Sometimes, half a minute for one web page? I have daily mail in Hotmail and these days, I'm just too lazy to read it since loading windows live mail is kinda slow. Videos are impossible. They take 15 minutes at least and more. Songs, well, let's just say I waited the 15 minutes especially for the song.

I usually have the patience, since once I go online, it's at least 1 hour and more. Sometimes 2 or even 3. That's expensive for a daily basis when rates per hour is 1.62. 3 hours daily would be even more expensive that E-speed.

Even if I ignore the rates, I can't be that free each day to go online that long periods of time?

If its slow, well, the slowest kbps can drop to 7. Seven. Read the letters S-e-v-e-n. That is so snail-ishly slow.

What's more Brunet can disconnect at the "connecting..." part, the "verifying password and username..." part and even the "registering your computer to the network..." part. It's very infuriating, but I have to and have gotten used to it. It just my friends who will go flustered now.

I think Brunet's doing some tweaking and stuffs. But it's been that long. Either then its modem or viruses, spyware and adware (or any program that might have cause this)

You wouldn't want to know how my password got stolen once and the bill went large for a few months. I believed myself did run up such a large bill. I don't think E-speed brings such problems.

No matter how many times E-speed has downtimes, I can always wake up at 7 to go online. The speed would be definitely fast. I do wake up at 7 anyway.

Well, that's Brunet for me.

Wish me luck, I'm gonna go for my Commerce Exam tomorrow. The Very Last Exam in O Levels for our school.
Jason.

p.s. I'm sorry I didn't post about my trip to Ing Siang's house yesterday. I was a bit tired. Maybe tomorrow will face the arrival of two posts. I might.

i have given up on torrenting on espeed2...without port forwarding it is just NOT worth it...
why is espeed2 set up this way? I miss espeed1 - direct connection to the net.
My solution: dailymotion.com (a youtube-esque website) just search for heroes...
